I understand that the person committing the offense, has to face the consequences, but when you do it keep an innocent bystander held up and money is lost as a result, such as in a case like that, would you feel that it was unreasonable or any compensation may be in order? It just seems that maybe it's unreasonable for the persons who didn't do anything wrong per say.
Nothing changes, regardless of which one in the vehicle is "inconvenienced." On a side note, the US Supreme Court has allowed officers to control ALL occupants of the vehicle during a traffic stop. If a passenger wants compensation, then he should hit the driver up for it because it sure as he** ain't coming from the LEO or PD.

If you read harmonica's post history, that comment is pretty much par for the course.

Yes I was thinking that. Even with all the crappy crime shows out there it is hard for me to understand harmonica's way of thinking. It almost defies logic.

Okay maybe it's just my way of thinking that needs to be changed. I have been been in situations where someone choosing to delay someone has cost them money before, so perhaps it's those experiences that causes that way of thinking.
