How do I pay a minor for acting?

If you are dealing with a minor make sure the parents are aware of everything that is going on and invite them to be present. Ask the parents if they would like you to directly pay this minor or write a check to them as guardians. If this is going to be a long drawn out type operation you should look at labor laws. Be sure of the times that the minor is working and the hours etc.
If it is a one time thing like mowing a lawn I would just give the kid want he asked for. Let him blow the money like I did.

Based on the questions you ask, it's obvious that you really need to spend the money on a labor lawyer rather than try to get answers to question like that off of the Internet. Especially a police forum. We don't deal with civil laws like that, but those laws can get you in a world of hurt. It would be well worth the money.
