    sex offender registery

    Sorry if this has been posted before. I havent really gotten a chance to run through and see.

    If a person is registered as a sex offender in another state, and moves to a new state, does he have to register in that new state as a sex offender? As I know of this situation occuring currently.

    It depends on the laws of the state he's moving into. Every state has different laws, but more than likely he will have to.

    Google the state the person is going to and check the sex offender laws there.

    Thanks guys! I found the info, and I also talked to my local dept and sheriffs office. They are now investigating. Was really concerned because he was around my young cousins, and next to a school. You guys are great thanks again.
