I need help

So there is this guy in my neighborhood that I always have to be on the look out for cause he will most likely do something to my house or property. He's my "friend", we're not really friends anymore, and I have a feeling that he's gonna egg my house. Also, I'm also under stress that he is gonna do something to my house like when I was on vacation my uncle was luckily home and he knocked on the door to "check if I was home" even though he knew I was gone. He said he was gonna pee on my door. I'm really sick and tired of always worrying about it. So what should I do?

Invest in some surveillance equipment. There were burglaries in my neighborhood, I purchased a DVR and cameras from Pelco. They make systems that you can even monitor from your iphone.
