Need Help for a PA moving violation!

nope i gave the officer no lip at all. I never do. maybe when i was a kid which ALL of us did. But ive grown up, Im not a brat im 23 years old who HAD a full time job at Kennedy hospital to help my mom with bills, so like i said before dont assume. I have already spoke to someone at the court when i went to set up a court date, she said they always take away the points and the price WILL go up because of the plea bargin, but taking away the points is more important. Trust me i respect cops for keeping me safe but when I give the best respect to them i would like it in return, if your having a bad day don't take it out on me and I will do the same.

The opinion that you gave the officer no lip is yours. Maybe the officer that cited you had a different opinion. However, none of us here were that officer, so we don't know.

And as for your comment that we "ALL" gave officers lip when we were younger, again, I think you're speaking before you think. Many of us here (and I'd go so far as to say MOST of the verifieds on here) were taught to respect officers from a very young age. I know for a fact that I have NEVER lipped off to an officer when I've come in contact with him, and therefore, I've never received a citation that I did not deserve.

As for being a brat, that has absolutely nothing to do with age. Being a brat is a function of lack of maturity.

You say you're not a kid any more, but to me you are, as I have children around your age. And I did not assume you were a brat, I simply stated that is how you were sounding on here as evidenced by your posts.
