I am just wondering if i am incontinent and something does happen to my pants, is it legal to just wear a diaper and a shirt in public?

No way, my beat partner and I enforced a strict dress code on our beat. Besides an adult wearing only a diaper probably wouldn't last ten minutes before the neighborhood chewed him up. It would be like a pack of jackals stalking an injured zebra. I recommend packing a second pair of pants.

Yes, a tie would complete the whole ensemble. I'm only looking out for his best interest. We all know how people steal other people's s--t all the time. A diaper is like an moving ATM.
