FWPD usually explains the fine when they give you the ticket. If they did not, contact the court and they can tell you.
I live in fort wayne, in and is there anything I can do to to either fight it or pay it off in a different way maybe community service. I am on a low income and what little I have I need for bills and diapers.
This can also be answered by contacting the court. You have the right to fight it, but good luck. The warning your sister got wont help that cause. You may be able to make payments. Ft. Wayne does not issue warrants for minor traffic violations, but if you ignore it or don't pay it your license will be suspended.
