Already have a protective order for Harrassment!

I have had a protective order against this person since 12/1/10 for Harrassment. He had a court date of 1/11/11 and when I looked up the case it is now been moved to 2/1/11 awaiting a plea?? Anyway my question is....I had him arrested twice because he was harrassing me via text message. Every since his arrest he is now calling from a block number to not only my cell phone but my husbands. I know it is him because they come in from 10pm to 4 am almost every night and I can hear people talking in the backround. He doesnt say anything just sits there or hangs up. How can I prove it is him calling my husband and I? I have kept a log of date and times of when the calls have come in. He also has pictures of me (not vulgar pictures) up on his facebook page and continues to right posts that are directed at me and my husband on his facebook page! My husband and I were seperated for a year and I dated this guy. My husband and I have been back together for months now and this wont stop! I live in Connecticut and want to know how I prove harrassement on block numbers to my cell phone! I have changed my number several times!

Have you tried, oh I don't know, maybe NOT ANSWERING when it's a blocked call?

If he is getting you number after you change it, then one your your mutual 'friends' is giving it to him. Change your number one last time - and don't give it out to ANYONE that you don't trust 100%.

Why are you looking at his Facebook page? Delete him, and delete any 'friend' that tries to stir things up between the two of you.

Enable anonymous call rejection on your landline. Pickup your handset and dial *77 to turn it on. Dial *87 to turn it off. For your cell phone, set the ringer to silent for anonymous calls.

How does he get your number after you change it?

honestly there is not really anything you can do about the facebook thing , I would'nt even worry about that, that is trivial. as far as the number thing goes I agree get a unlisted number and don't give it out, I once had to get a new cell number for similar reasons.

I do not pick up blocked calls from my cell phone and the only reason I know that he is posting on facebook due to my family who has looked at his page and told me about it. I talked to the victims advocate today regarding his next court date. I am hoping they actually get him some help. I have enabled the call rejection on my land line thank you for that tip!

honestly if it were me I would tell my family to stay off his page it sounds like they might be snooping and feeding into all of it b/c what does it do? it is not solving the larger problem at hand all it is doing is upsetting/disturbing you..as far as the calls all you can do is speculate that is indeed him calling it will be your word againist his. I'm not a Leo this just my personal thoughts.. the guys on here might give you better answers.
