Ok now it's my turn to ask a silly question :)

I asked this before in another thread but I'm not certain if it was ever answered...

when you are driving and those speed warning signs are out warning you that you are speeding does it record your information? the reason why i ask this , is because where my sister lives it has gotten me a few times and you can see a little light flash on the bottom, my dad told me that it is taking a picture of my tag and I will get a ticket in the mail. lol .... so far it has been a month and no ticket, I don't expect you guys to tell me if you are not supposed to but I was curious. and yes sometimes I can have a heavy foot. :(

Some take photographs, some don't. You can always hope that if it is the former and not the latter, that it is out of film. I had one get a pic of me and I never received anything. I guess it was my lucky day.

I kind of thought it did b/c it has a little blue flash like a camera!!

the speed limit is 30 in the area and well it flashes red at about 32 if it flahes red so many times then it snaps the picture...my dad tells me to just drive by and say "CHEESE"....lol....his theory women cannot drive...

In Florida, no, none take pictures. The flashing is just a warning that you are over the posted speed limit and need to slow down.

umm not the intial red flashing of the speed but on the very very bottom a little tiny blue light flashes like a camera...and why does'nt Florida take pictures lol we have some of THE WORST drivers!!

Mine was in DC and it was a rather bright flash.

...but then again, it could have been the mother-ship. That would likely explain the memory loss.

ummm switch... in nursing school we learned memory loss comes with age :P but we'll stick to the ufo that's a lot more exciting

Not sure what that would be. However, to the absolute best of my knowledge, photo radar is not legal in Florida do to State Administrative Code on how we are allowed to run radar.
