I live in OH now and I recently got pulled over and the officer ran a check and it said my license was still invalid. I was cited for operating without a license. I am on probation for beating up a guy 4 years ago that sexually harassed my girlfriend and I have been doing pretty good over all with complying and all. Well i recently missed a few meetings with my po and am basically kinda on thin ice with probation. Now this happened. I am afraid my PO is gonna violate me and make me do 3 years in prison!!! I have always had interest in helping in the community and trying to aid in making it safe...Well heres my question: If I went to my local police station an asked if i could be an informant to somehow get out of this misdemeaner, would they work with me? Now, I actually do have alot of info that they could use. enough to where they could take one of the biggest dealers in my city off the streets, and most of his runners. and im not talkin bout some petty pot dealer either. I know the people and could easily buy from them plus more. Is this possible? would they do it for me if i helped?....please respond guys.

Exactly. The NJ parole office could care less how much "assistance" you give to Ohio police.

Being an informant and probation don't mix. Your probation officer will not make you do prison time. You are sending yourself to prison by your bad judgment. The probation officer will only file the MTR.

Hey Big, they miss their meetings with their probation officer because they are not living right and can't face the music!
