Can cops see record offenders other than registered owners when running a lic. plate

for example, I drive a car registered under my dad's name but I have 3 tickets that I got while driving that car. I was unable to pay the fines and it resulted in a suspended license. My mom is now driving the car full time since we had to share it and is worried that she be in risk of getting pulled over for no reason other than my suspension. So what I was wondering is if a cop were to scan or run those cars plates will they be able to see suspensions or unpaid fines of drivers that used that car other than the registered owner?

also my friends uncle who is a cop scared me out of ever driving unlicensed because of this thing called the "butt dector" which is installed in all drivers side seats in cars that automatically reads a certain signature of your body and sends it through a license plate, so they can tell who is driving the car without having to pull your over, is this real?

I believe you are referring to a posterior analyzer(aka a butt detector). Yes it is real but in some states they are illegal to use. What state are you in??

In my state, we use the new "Glute-imeter InfaRed". It's quicker and doesn't need to be calibrated as often as our old Postier-ilyzer 5000's.

Same thing. Posterior analyzer is a general term for the equipment, Rect Scan is a brand name.

In Florida we use the Wrecktom-Analyzer 4000. Very accurate. Unbeatable in court.

my parents are helping me take care of this problem, God bless them they paid off my fines and i got it back, either way im still punished, i have to pay them back the full amount until they'll let me drive again. And licensed or not, mom and dad would catch me driving "suspened" quicker than any cop could and bust my butt without your fancy butt dector!!
