I dislike the term "Cop".

Like:
-Every day is diffeent
-Chance to make a difference (on a very small scale)
-Freedom to move around (not stuck in an office)

Dislike:
-Pay
-Politics
-The fact that the job is slowly being ruined by defense attorneys to the point you do your job with both hands behind your back, and it makes cops hesitant to do their jobs at all in the first place.

I like when people assume I'm stupid because I'm "just a cop". I especially like it when it happens in interviews with suspects in serious crimes.

Homework? I'm a freshmen in high school, I seriously doubt a teacher would give me a paper and tell me to write down things about being a police officer. I'm looking into going in law enforcement, not trying to cheat on my homework.

Keep your nose clean, stay away from stupid people(dopers etc.) make good grades-believe it or not it may mean the difference in you getting the job or someone else that got better grades.

If you will do a search function you will find that a ton of folks do come here wanting anonymous people from the interwebz to do their homework for them...

I liked the fast pace and working both independently and as a team member. I loved self initiative activity but didn't punk my beat partners. I liked working cover detail which was a unit devoted to special directed ops/in-progress crimes.

I can't say I disliked much, but court gets really old after working graves--sometimes the ot money isn't important. Paper is just part of the but some things required more paper than I felt necessary. I disliked being partnered with slugs.

I like the independence of going where I want to as long as I stay within the borders of TX!

I dislike the the two days after changing from night shift to day shift!
