Stat Rape is out but Corruption of Minors is a definite possibility. That is a Misd of the 1st degree.
COM states that anyone over the age of 18 who by any act corrupts or tends to corrupt the morals of someone under 18 is chargeable. Whether you like it or not , SHE is a minor child. She has little say in what she can and can't do until she turns 18.

I went to a job last night where we arrested a guy for sending threatening messages to his wife. He was a little annoyed that she (44 years old) has left him (36) for their 16 year old foster son.
16 is the age of consent here, except for buggery where it is 18, but then if that was the case in this thread she wouldn't be pregnant.
