DUS ( non dui related ) 1 st offense $200 fine. + extra suspension

2nd through 5th offense $200-$1,000 fine and or up to 90 days in jail. + suspension

6th + offense mandatory $1,000 and at least 30 days in jail. + suspension



DUS / DUI related 1st-infinity offense ( .0-.019 BAC $500 and 60-90 days in jail. + suspension

1st offense with a BAC of .02 or more - $1,000 and 90 days. + suspension

2nd offense with a BAC of .02 or more $2,500 and 6 months in jail. M3 + suspension

3rd and subsequent with a BAC of .02 or more $5,000 and a min of 2 years in jail. + suspension
