how do u kick somone out of the house if a child feels unsafe wit him around and he is to be out in 30 days is there a ways to get him out of the house so the child doesnt feel unsafe in any ways?? it also dosent help that he had adhd and is bi poler!

Not nearly enough information.
In my state, you can get an order of protection to keep the person away from the child.
But then again, in my state, you can just kick someone out with no notice, too.
