Florida School Question?

I Had gotten a ticket for running a yellow light. The officer said it was a red light , After everything ; I paid for the ticket and to get my lic reinstated since at the time i had no work and could not pay so i got my lic canceled . Well i go it back everything was ok . After moving from my old apt . I never got a letter stating i had to go to school the 4hour one. Well yesterday 10/05/2010 a broward Officer stopped me because my front windshield was fully tinted all the way . I gave him all my paperwork including my lic when he came back he said that my lic was canceled because i never took the School . So i told him i did not know if this and he had my Girlfriend Drive. The ticket says
DL CANCELED DUE TO FAILURE TO COMPLETE BDI F.S.322.0261
Now my question is do i take the 4hour class or the 12 hour since my lic is canceled once again??
Before it was a 4hour according to the Lady in the court house .

Define "After everything." Does this mean you went to court? If you went to court then the judge probably ordered you to take the school, which would show on your abstract that you were given after the hearing. That's the only notice that you get stating that you have to take the school. If you just paid the fine and did not go to court then you never would have had to take the class. The class is only ordered at court or if you elect to take it to keep the points off of your license.

Ask the clerk's office what you have to do. Nobody here is going to know anything about your specific situation.

I say take the 12 hour class. That way, if you only needed the 4 hour class, you still have another 8 hours in the bank for the next two times...

Call the clerks office. They are going to be the only ones that can tell you what you are going to have to do to get your license reinstated.
