i hacked into my ex bf email and changed his security questions so he cant log in then i hacked his fb and chaged his status to im gay and i owe money. he owes me money and use to hit me so please understand my anger...the family members said they were going to sent me to court for this....can they find out its me? i deleted everything and deactivated his account. i did this out of anger i know its stupid please help

If investigated by the police it is probable they could prove you did that. Whether that would result in criminal charges would depend on the jurisdiction and whether there is a complaint.

Yes, they can find out it's you. IP addresses can be subpoenaed and they will find out who did it. Worst case scenario you will be looking at jail time with possible criminal charges, best case scenario is a civil judgment if he sues.
