There's a boy at my school who is under 18 and has been trading nude pictures with numerous girls. He has gotten pictures from girls older, younger, and the same age as him. I live in Washington. Can charges be pressed against him? If so, what would happen to the girls who sent him pictures? It really makes me angry that he's taking advantage of so many girls, how can he be stopped?

Check the FBI on-line site. I think there may be a reporting page on there, or at least directions to properly report. I assume this is electronically crossing state lines?

It is illegal in my state if the girls are under 18. I bet it is in yours too. Contact your local police.

It's illegal here if either party is under 18, and both can be charge with possesing child porn. And it has been done already. The sender can be charge with distributing child porn.
