I can only imagine the large amount of numbers of police officers that you have in your cell phone from coworkers to officers from other departments that you have encountered in training courses or just during duty/investigations

I doubt it. He likes to ask (silly) random questions and then walk away. Note he has not responded. While, to most, threads are for discussions, cjstudent thinks having a high-thread count boosts his status (regardless if they serve no opther purpose than a waste of bandwidth).
