Regarding a restricted license and job training

Can a person with a restricted license use that license to drive to and from a job training? I have asked for help from the Career services center to train me for a job i want. will my restricted license help me get this training? I live in California by the way.

Took less time on Google to find the answer than you spent typing. It all depends why your license was revoked and when you got those tickets. eitehr way you need to go to a DMV Office and apply for a restricted license.

My license got revoked because of a DUI. I have until august 20 to get it back. For the past 4 months I didn't need it because I could walk or bike to work because it's was just half a mile away so I didn't need it but now I want to train to get a better and now I need to drive.

I've never seen a license suspended with a stipulation that you can drive to "job training". The only allowance I've ever seen is "may drive employers vehicle in the course of employment". And yes, if you get caught, your license suspension will most likely be extended, you will be charged with a misdemeanor, and you vehicle will be impounded for 30 days at you expense, along with a healthy fine.
