I drink non alcoholic beer ( odules,bush na,sharps ) Is it legal to have a open container of this type drink in your vehicle or in public view? I live in Louisiana. Some states allow minors to purchase these drinks and I can purchase on Sunday even though alcohol sales are banned. Thanks

Just about every law I've ever read said "alcoholic beverage". One without alcohol is non-alcoholic by definition.

Yep, I have looked at the alcohol content of them, they have some, just not a lot. So yes, I'd say it's still illegal. May not be as potent, but still has alcohol in it.

Around here, it's pretty popular for the juvies/underagers to drink the alcoholic energy drinks, right before they play call of duty...

Your answer seemed more logical. I stopped drinking 5 years ago but never lost the taste for it. I have found this to be a good alternative to the real stuff. After several DUI's and a lost job as a dept. of corr. captain I now have been a desinated driver for dozens of people and groups.Your answer seems to fall upon the officers descretion.I limit my n/a drinks and use respect if stopped.Thanks and be safe.
