citation for harassment

[SIZE="4"]Officer citing me a citation of harassment for hitting a person that first hit me with a black object possibly her shoe.. within 5 mins i hit her back with open hand as she was on side
of her house.. the other 4 minutes someone pulled her back 3-4 x's as she was approaching me
with two fists in air and hopping in a BOXING stance with 10 of her friends following behind her...now mind you these are ppl that have been harassing me 5 yrs and I was following the advice of another police officer telling me not to call police .

I failed to mention such party has survilence cameras (in front/side/rear total of 4-5) showing where i hit her but not of her hitting me with black object[ nor did it show her tryng to attack me 3-4 x's..

I want to receive citation and respond within 10 days... will answer in a more explicit manner in my answer to them.. which will probably be 10 pages at least.. any advice or explaining what will happen would be greatly appreciated for i am still shook up event happened early last evening Thank you/ SIZE]

Get a lawyer, go to court and plead your side of the story. No one here can advise you on what to do. Being cited is not the same as being convicted though.

I didn't understand it. That was my stock answer to everyone who comes here asking what to do after an arrest.

The state would help (could be PA). Though I could barely understand that gibberish from what I gathered you should both be cited.

If you are indeed in PA expect fines at the most. It's a summary offense so nothing will be on your criminal record.

You can't only speak loudly, you also have to speak very slowly and sound it out so they know.

A couple more tips:

Add "ski" to the end of every other word.

Roll your "Rs"

Speak with a Hollywood-style Russian accent. Watch Robin WIlliams in "Moscow on the Hudson".

Here it would be no big deal. Harassment is only a violation so even a conviction doesnt result in a criminal record not to mention the fine is usually alot cheaper then a moving violation at least with my judges.
