this happened 6 months ago not sure what to do

my boyfriend, (now ex) came over to my house. I told him I had to go to work and that we should hang out later but he said no he was busy later. we were laying down on the bed and i told him i didnt want to have sex. he took my clothes off and i closed my legs. I kept telling him no and then looking at him madly. He didnt listen to me. After words he left my house and didnt talk to me and i just tried to take him to court for money he owed me after that and he changed his number. If i press charges would it look like I am trying to get back at him?

You don't need a separate thread to deal with basically the same situation.

The problem with waiting 6 months is, a jury is going to seriously question why you waited 6 months to even report it. Your credibility is going to be called into question, no doubt about it. I'm not saying you're not telling the truth, I just saying that if you didn't think it was important enough to call the police when it happened (or even within a few days), people are going to ask why is it so important now?

And the fact he owes you money is definitely going to make it look like a "get back", yes.

your absolutely right. If it happens again i should report it right away. I guess i will just have to try to forget about it and maybe get some counseling.

Good idea. And you may have to write off the money he owes you and chalk it up to experience. The best thing to do at this point is get him out of your life completely. Even get a restraining order if necessary and move on.
