how can a female push a man twice and refuse to leave his property , aa man get hit with 1 2 3 degree assult because she lied on him and take his child because she lied. yes he grabbed her after she pushed him but no charges applied against her

Did the grab leave marks? Did the push? Were there witnesses? A number of factors go in to a domestic violence arrest. We werent there so we really can't answer wy you were arrested and she wasnt.
