Hope you paid by credit card. If you did, you call your credit card company and say I never got. They stated it was delivered to me but they are unable to produce my signature as a delivery signatures. They will reverse the charge and th mehant has to fight it out with UPS, not you. As long as that signature is nothing like yours, you will get your money back.
I had ordered a very sensitive LE item and the shipper require a signature. I was sitting in my living room when I got an e-mail it was delivered I thought that was odd and went out and looked. No package, no UPS truck. Hmmm.....called UPS and they tell me the packag was "left by front door." I told them it wasn't. They had a signature that was definately not my name and not my handwriting. The driver of my route said he delivered it to MY hous nwas sur I signed. UPS jerked me around for two more days. I called the merchant who said he can go after UPS if I have the credit card company reverse the charge. I called them, reversed the charge and the merchant got paid by UPS. Well 4 months later I get the package. Appears it went to Main ROAD instead of Main STREET and the guy who signed for it set it under a table becuase he thought it was something his wife ordered and forgot about it, but when they realized it was there and read the label, they saw my address and brought it to me. Now that UPS driver swears he handed me the box, yet the route/driver who did deliver it was on the other side of town.
