    UPM, ACD Violation, Parking Ticket

A few months back I got a UPM in New York and received ACD for 1 year. Just the other day I was out hiking, came back to my car and got a parking ticket. I am wondering if a parking ticket is a violation of the ACD from the UPM. Also I am going to be away at school for the court date so I just sent the ticket back with a plead of guilty, if that makes any difference. Thanks.

No a parking ticket doesn't make you violate the ACD (its against the vehicle). Nor would a traffic violation. A traffic misdemeanor MIGHT be (reckless driving, DWI, etc), and any penal law crime or violation may be. Pretty much anything that would be handled in criminal court or higher could make you violate, but a traffic summons for "no seatbelt" or a parking ticket don't go to criminal court.

A robbery collar doesn't violate ACD in the city. And I'm serious.
