Last night was the worst night of my life but i did realize something from it. My 2 friends who are broken up met up at my house for some drinks. The night took a turn and became quite violent. There was some punches and slaps and so forth. My question is what kind of charges are they looking at and who gets in trouble the most?
The details of the fight are...other then they are ex's, that she hit him first, because he upset her. She repeatedly hitted him a few more times. He gave her a hard shove. We broke it up. A few minutes later she shoved him over and over. We broke it up. We took him home, she got out the car to get her baby, during the time they were walking she AGAIN pushed him and slapped him then he finally hit her back. Slap to the face. VERY HARD..i mean his hand is the size of her face. I tried very hard to get her to come back to my car so i can take her home but she would refuse, it seemed she wanted to keep yelling at him. Cops came and seperated them and then talked to me and told me to go home. Honestly she kept provoking him and refused to leave the guys property. Does the guy get in trouble for hitting her back? does she get in trouble for being persistent? and on top of all that they left the baby in my car for the longest time. Will child services be contacted?
