If I know someone has a suspended lisence and see them driving can i call 911 to report them...in wa state ...thank you

No. As stated, 911 is for emergencies. Calling for the situation you asked about could be tying up the line at the same moment someone with a life or death situation is trying to call. Most if not all departments have non emergency phone lines as well as 911 lines. Proogram that into your phone. Tats the number you should call for non-emergency situations. I'm tired of people using police as a tool of harassment, ie the kid hanging out on my stoop.. I'll call and say he might have a gun so the cops get here faster.
If you make a call saying the guy is suspended and he's not, you open yourself to liability issues.

You could call all you want, but i'm willing to bet nobody would be calling us on the road with the BOLO....
If your pal is suspended or revoked, it means he likely drives like an idiot to begin with. He'll get pulled over anyway, and then the officer will run him and handle it anyway. Don't bother getting involved yourself, it's a waste of your time. Why do you care that he's driving suspended/revoked?Want me to punch-a-size your face...for free?
