I have a few questions for a school project im doing

Hello guys, I have a school assignment I am working on and it requires me to ask real police officers questions. This is for my CJ class (CJ 152 Law Enforcement Reporting and Recording)

1. what kinds of documents do you write in any given month?
2. what are the purposes, audiences, and formats?
3. how important is writing to you at work?
4. ho wwould you describe the way you go about writing?
5. Can you talk about specific strategies for planning, drafting, revising and editing/polishing?
6. if you could describe perfect working conditions for writing, what would they be?
7. how do these ideal compare with your real workplace conditions?

I bet if you had gone last week in person to a police station, you would have found an officer to talk to you.
