How long can police hold a charge?

Few days ago i got arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia. They wanted to charge me for possession of marijuana as well (reside in pipe) but i said i would give them someone. They only charge me P.O.P. MY question is if i dont answer the phone when they call can and will they make another charge against me? Please inform me thanks for your time.

ps they never wrote out the paper work for marjiuana

If they seized illegal paraphernalia from you, they have your name, etc., that's all the need to charge you later.

Try growing up, quit looking for a technicality to get you off and take responsibility for your actions. If they have the evidence to charge you and decide to do so, they will. It ain't that hard.

You got caught with some dope and you decided to be a rat and snitch on your doper friends to save your ***. The cops got you by the short hairs and they have plenty of time to dump charges on you if you don’t follow through on your promise to snitch on your friends. Simple enough?
