Today, I got a frantic call from my grandmother warning me of a gang in the area (central new jersey) that is initiating new members by having them harm and/or kill people looking to help disabled drivers. She said she heard this from the mother of a police officer.
Considering what I have seen on snopes, this sounds like perpetuation of an urban legend. Is it?
