Good attitude or not. Record or not. You will get everything coming to you from me. Lucky that you weren't drinking, or else I would have taken you for that too. Don't think just because you have NOT done things wrong that you will get a break (i.e. not drinking, no record, etc).

When you are done with me, then you can try to explain it to your parents.

I am an Explorer, so this kid is actually older than I am. But I can still see that this kid had a total disregard for public safety, and he was acting in an extremely immature and unsafe way. If I was the Officer, I would throw the book at him, and if that meant an arrest, then that's what it would be. I would only hope that he would learn his lesson and never do it again.

What if you let him go with something minor, and two weeks later you see a police report and learn that he had had hit a Mom with three kids in the car, at 115 MPH???
Boy, you talk about regrets, not to mention, you would probably have some explaining to do back at the pd.............

(BTW, you think that tickets are high in VA or PA? You should see MA............ :eek: )
