I am currently processing for The Highway Patrol for the second time, I passed the first written, oral and physical but failed the BG (the bg interview is done over the phone here, not in person) so here I am on my second time around, I aced the written, physical and oral board, just had a bg phone call today (about 11/2 hrs on the phone) and was totally forthcoming this time, HOWEVER, I actually honestly did forget something, when they went down a list of drugs and asked if I ever used any of them, I never did any illegal drugs, ever, but I did take a 2 lortab pain pills from my brother in law (were not prescribed to me) and the question asked was "have you ever used prescription drugs that were not prescribed to you" I said "no", now here is the problem, last year I remember that I did tell the bg investigator about the lortab, this was an honest to god "i actually forgot" this time, but they already know I did.
