I have a question, I am 20 and have never had a criminal record, not even a speeding ticket. but on October 23 my friends Bryce, Staci, and I were arrested at my house because my friend bryce left my house while intoxicated in Stacies car, and he crashed it into a mail box, and blow 2 tires out on the side walk. Next he drove it back to my house, and thats when the cops came. and since staci and I were outside next to her car looking at it, we were also detained, because they didnt no what happened yet. they got there charges and I got mine. I got two counts furnishing alcohol to a minor, and an MIP. I peaded guilty to the charges and got an $871 dollar fine and 3 month suspension of my license. I've been going to school for a criminal justice degree, because I want to become a police officer, and I understand, what I did, did not help myself at all. I take resposibility for it, but I was just wondering, if I am still able or have a chance in becoming a police officer, I no it depends between stations, but I just want to no in general, if I can still become a police officer. Thank you.

As far as your question Ryan, it shows a ridiculous amount of irresponsibility on your part for #1 furnishing minors alcohol and especially #2, allowing a drunk/impaired minor to drive a vehicle. If you have any shot at law enforcement, you will need a clean slate for the next 5 years (minimum).
