"I suspect the only reason 110 rounds was all that was fired was that's all the ammunition they had,"
lol yeah lazy got it. STFW is like RTFM... :p
did that link answer your question?
She is in Detroit
She is the Chief for Detroit. Taking over for the other Idiot. Ella Bully-Cummings I believe is her name.
Thanks guys, I appreciate it.
One of my contacts tells me Chief Linda Collier was appointed Chief of Bay City PD about 8 years ago. However he thinks there may have been a female Chief before Chief Collier. Another contact is looking for the info as well. I know that Chief Ella Bully-Cummings was recently appointed in Detroit but apparently she may not be the first in Michigan.
I will post again when I get some more information.
No more info. Looks like Chief Collier is the best bet, I hope.
Nothing to say - taking the Fifth.
There was a female Sheriff before Chief Collier but I can't remember the county, she was Sheriff when her husband died in office in 1954. I learned that in a class during a women in policing discussion. But other then that the first hired female chief was Chief Collier of Bay City PD .
