Want me to punch-a-size your face...for free?
With all the flu worries going around these days, an N-95 respirator or two wouldn't be a bad idea either.

That is a great list Samuel. I am adding some of your list to mine. I also recommend a 2-ton floor jack. As many tires as we change in the highway patrol, that is a must piece of equipment (if the department will not buy it, it is a great investment). I'll be honest, with out it, it would take me at least 15 to 20 minutes to change a tire. With the 2-ton floor jack, I can do it in 40 to 50 seconds. Did you know that most tire changers in NASCAR come from the highway patrol?. Seriously, I have a 2-ton floor jack in each of our personal vehicles. I really don't think what the manufacturer supplies you with really works unless you have perfect conditions. Be Safe.
"Come out and talk like a man! If I leave here without you, I'm going to get a warrant for your girlfriend also!"
"DON'T TOUCH THE TROOPER!"
I've had to change 3 tires on duty so far (was able to "limp home" 2 other times lol) and agree that a floor jack would be MUCH more handy! My area is very urban. If I had to work out in the boonies, I'd probably also have stuff like fix-a-flat and a small 12v air compressor unit among other things...
