    Question The valet wrecked my car.

    The valet parker wrecked my car at a restaurant I was patronizing. They took total responsibility for the accident, my bumper was pushed in at the corner from another car they were parking. I went on good faith with the info they gave me and didn't call the cops being that this was a reputable place, this was Saturday night. Monday, today, I called and waiting for a call back, if they decide the flake on me, can I go back to the garage/ restaurant and get the police involved?

    No, the time to call was at the time of the accident.

    The car has been moved, the scene of the accident has changed, and the driver/environmental/pavement conditions are all different now.

    Here the police wouldn't have done anything anyway if it occurred in their parking lot with no injuries, etc. It's all between you and the company.
