Okay, I typed in police beatings on youtube. I found videos of a transsexual prostitute being beaten, a guy in Utah being beaten and a Chris Rock video. I'm guessing you're not Chris Rock and you said you were from New Jersey.

2.) There is evidence of a lot of incidents that some people SAY are brutality. There are probably even legit videos of ACTUAL brutality. But what there is NOT is any indication that the number of incidents are increasing.

How many incidents of brutality occurred in 2007? How many in 1957?

You have no evidence of an increase. I would be stunned if you had done any research on the topic at all. (Which you haven't yet, or you would have brought it up already.)

What you have is "anecdotal evidence" which means you heard a story from some guy about how he got mistreated and you just assume that means the number of incidents is going up.

I agree, I find it disturbing when anyone drives drunk, cuts across lanes like that putting others in danger, and refuses to listen to an officers lawful commands to place their hands behind their back. Very disturbing.

Each state is different on filming police. It will take a lawyer to sort through it. If you're too lazy to have a job, the good people of your state will cough up tax dollars to get you one.

Out of boredom I did watch the video. Kinda curious on how the commentator knew the guy past the sobriety test "with flying colors". Impossible to tell what the results were for the nystagmus test. Additionally ironic that you cannot see the suspects feet.

I hate lame commentators that add stupid %^#@ into a video for drama. The officer remarks about the driver having a odor (assuming it would be alcohol) and remarks it as if he was discussing the guys body odor.
