Traffic stops on private property

when i went to burger king i ordered my food and pull up to the window three minutes later a police car pulled in and parked in the corner of the parking lot i noticed it was a cop thats been harrassing me for a while i knew the manager that was working so after i payed for my food i told her i was going to park in the parking lot cause i knew the camera's was on i parked got out my truck and started walking to the cop car he turned on the pa and said get back in your truck his partner jumped out and yelled get back in your truck i got back in my truck one walked up to the driver side the other one walked on the passenger side he asked me for drivers lisence registration and proof of insurance i told him "man im tired of this" my cell phone was already in my hand i opened it to call my daddy to come to burger king the cop on the driver side told me get off the @#$%^&*( phone and slaped my phone into my face i yanked my phone back he opened my door grabbed my arm and pulled me out of my truck i pushed him and told him get off me his partner ran around the front of my truck and ran into him at that time another person in plain clothes with no gun or handcuffs just a hat that said police tried to grab me i pushed him and said get the **** off me as soon as i let him go the first cop that i pushed shot me with his taser they never told me your under arrest until after he hit me with the taser when they hit me with the taser it actually made me piss on my self they charged me with two counts of battery to a police officer 3 counts of resisting arresst and 5 counts of threatning a public official they never told me why they stoped me but they told my parents the reason why they stopped me to question me about a house somebody egged and rolled a house with tissue and they got a call saying the truck matched my truck description they made me sleep in jail with pissy clothes and towed my truck without the owners permission so can a cop do this and is there a law that says you can not be on a cell phone while stopped by a cop

Perhaps you are unaware.......Burger King is a publicly held private company that sits on private property which is open and available to the public.

If you do something that is against the law and the Po-Po happens by and observes your actions, you may be stopped. You may be cited. You may be arrested. In fact, at the request of any one of the business owners or property managers, you may be banned.

I have a suggestion: Develop a practice of behavior that is acceptable to the norms of the community and become a supporter of those who protect and serve; and, become less of a dreg to society by obtaining a full time, wage earning profession that serves your community.
