    question????

not sure where this topic should be at.. but I have a question and a problem.

my question is am I able to throw out my boyfriend?
he doesn't really pay nothing, we been living together in my mother's house
for 3 years. he only helps pay with 1 bill..
we've been arguing a lot and not getting a long.
    he's lazy and childish.
i suggested to see other people and he doesn't want to do that.
he doesn't do what he needs to do, and i told him that i am not
happy with him and i want to see other people, he tells me i have to throw him out the legal way, and i gave him a month for it, but he's not listening to me, and he says he needs more than a month to leave.
i dont want to be with him no more, i'm fed up with his **-Ish.

anyway any information of how i can do this please let me know.

    Google: "Evictions in New York".

This is the first result: New York Evictions

You probably could've done that, right?

You need to evict him in NY, taking the facts that you've told us.

I mean, we're getting killed for these people and they don't even appreciate it. They think it's a big joke.
