Easily done. Look in the blue section of the phone book for: Albany Police Department.

They are a large agency, so it should be easy to arrange an interview with an officer in person (which is the point of the interview).

Trying to get a bunch of cops to do it over the Internet will get you nothing but grief... since it looks like you're trying to take the easy way out.

That sounds a little strange. I've never heard of a college professor failing someone for conducting an in person interview over one done anonymously online. If you don't mind, could you provide us with the name and contact information for your professor, so that we can verify this is actually the requirements he/she gave for your assignment?
