i am currently living with a level 3 sex offender. , I also have a 2year old daughter that is also staying there. i dont know what i should do or if it is safe for my daughter and i to be staying there. where would go if i wanted to leave or how would i go about getting out.

Not only could you loose your kid, charges could be filed on you. As a prior parole officer I interviewed several women with your same story. Move out as soon as possible and contact his probation or parole officer and tell them the situation. If the Officer you report this to is any good, he/she will schedule an interview and polygraph as soon as possible with the offender. Be Safe.
