He said nothing about it. I sent him an email regarding my situation....I told him everything that I mentioned here. He said I would be a great candidate but I missed the hiring period but they will be taking applications soon. Just hoping for the best.

Update
Just to give an update. I took my civil service exam this past Saturday and passed it. Now this Saturday I am set to take the physical fitness/agility test and the bpad evaluation. Hope all goes well!

Passed my physical agility test. We had 4 mintes and 45 seconds to complete it and I finished in 3 minutes and 16 seconds. So far so good.
