Police Explorer Advisors In SoCal.

So im a Police Explorer in a very small town in California. and i have a few questions.
first off my post is really small. there is prolly only 3 explorers
and im the only active one.
and no one is really in charge of our post.
we haven't had a meeting in over 6 months.
i just go in and ride along.


my questions are.

what are some good recruiting ideas?
what are good fund raising ideas?

and is there any kind of explorer trips/academy's
that dont require a certain amount of explorers from a post to go?
Preferably in southern California or surrounding areas.

i wanna try and get the post up and going like it was a few years ago.
