Hi, I am taking a class and have an assignment for this question:

uncle Bob went on a vacation to Florida with you, he was speeding and pulled over by the police in Miami. After some conversation with the local policeman, Uncle Bob is handcuffed and put in the back of the police car. Bob lives in California has never been out of the state until now. He has not committed any crimes in Florida (except for speeding) or any other state other than California. What could Bob be arrested for and how would Florida know of his offenses in California?

Can someone please tell me how they would know so that I can start doing my power point project....

Uncle Bob was a pervert, drinking an open bottle of MD 20/20, and had Kiddie porn in the car with you, an obviously underaged minor.

He was also in possession of Havana cigars, which are considered to be contraband in this country.

He also allowed you to sit in the front seat of his convertible and watched Sponge Bob Square Pants on your portable dvd player with you while he was
driving, and his left rear tire was as bald as his head. His car couldn't pass an inspection if he had filled the crankcase with Dulcolax.

When your Uncle was stopped, he immediately began to swear and become disorderly when the Cop asked him to step out of his vehicle. The subsequent deployment and use of a Taser rendered Uncle Bob a more pronounced foundering and blithering idiot, much to the enjoyment of the other passing motorists, who had previously been run off of the road by Uncle Bob's erratic driving.

When Uncle Bob was searched incident to arrest, a loaded Tanfoglio Guiseppe .32 caliber revolver with the serial number filed off was found in his sock, and a loaded syringe of heroin was found tucked in his butt cheeks at the Jail, prior to booking.

Does Bob have a driver's license? (unlicensed driver?)
Does Bob have ANY ID? (unidentified person?)
Was his speed reckless?
Did he become disorderly/combative during said conversation?
