pretrial order

i was order to go to a pretrial order now i have a few questions
will my accusers be there at my pretrial order ? do they have to show up at
my pretrial order? what really is a pretrial order? does this mean it is ending
or just beginning? i hope somebody on here can tell me about all this
i would really like to no more about this so any info would help thanks

The place you've been ordered to show up at should have all those answers for you.

yes i need to call my defendants attorney and ask him! i was hopeing
somebody on here could explane to me just a Little Bit more about
them pretrial order! i was told by a friend that is where you go to the court room and the accusers will be there to and they talk to you more about the case with you and even may give you a plea bargaining? i really dont no
all about this stuff

More than likely, they will give you a copy of the indictment if it's a felony or complaint if it's a misdemeanor explaining WHAT the charges are. It's doubtful your accusers will be there. It's your attorney's job to get copies of the police reports, etc so you will know more.

You may not realize it, but the USA has 50 states, each with their own rules and procedures..... Just a thought.... You could tell us what state or even county you are in.

There should be a stick at the top of Ask-a-Cop detailing that Location, location, location is usually helpful:rolleyes:
