The point of college is to teach you how to conduct research. using an internet forum to interview cops is being lazy. Too many people in your generation want everything given to them on an easy platter. You want to type it on your keyboard and have the answer given to you so you can go back to partying. Answering your question here would only reinforce your poor study habits and reward your laziness.
