I don't remember off the top of my head. I could google Oregon State Traffic Statutes, but then again, so could you.;)

Thanks for the info, didn't think to look in traffic statutes. Just bought a new m/c and I'm having trouble getting my endorsements. I think I will take your word for it and be patient.
