Just do your normal patrol and they are readily apparent.
Sorta like they have a NEON sign mounted on the car.

Of course, almost hitting a police vehicle improves your
chances of going to jail.

Oh yeah, had that 2 nights ago, asshat nearly took me out when he was flying up behind me. If I hadn't swerved into the nearest lane he'd have crushed me. He was crushed too .202, and DUR and then he decided to fight. All did not end well for him.
