can i carry a concealed neck knife in michigan? I ordered one that is exactally 3 inches... the state limit for pocket knives...
please help.

In all probability the item you bought is a dirk or dagger. If that is the case, you made a purchase of an illegal weapon in most states. There is a distinct difference in a knife, dirk, dagger, etc. You should familiarize yourself with sharp edged weapons.
Best advice, don't have it anywhere on your person if you are out and about.Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence!
